1. Shipping & Delivery

• Courier Partners: National deliveries within the Republic of South Africa are fulfilled via our designated courier network partners and regional fulfillment aggregators, principally utilising The Courier Guy or alternative trusted local couriers.
• Fulfillment & Timelines: Orders are processed and dispatched once payment is cleared. Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on whether the destination is a major metropolitan centre or a regional/outlying area.
• Tracking: A unique tracking number will be generated and emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to track its progress directly on the courier portal.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at the checkout screen based on the destination address and the volumetric weight of the items ordered.

2. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

• Return Window: We accept returns initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Method & Costs: Returns are handled via post/courier. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. No restocking fees are charged.
• How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at our contact page or email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return authorisation and shipping instructions.
• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
