1. Shipping & Delivery

• Courier Partners: National deliveries within the Republic of South Africa are fulfilled via our designated courier network partners and regional fulfillment aggregators, principally utilising The Courier Guy or alternative trusted local couriers.
• Fulfillment & Timelines: Orders are processed and dispatched once payment is cleared. Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on whether the destination is a major metropolitan centre or a regional/outlying area.
• Tracking: A unique tracking number will be generated and emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to track its progress directly on the courier portal.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at the checkout screen based on the destination address and the volumetric weight of the items ordered.

2. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

• Online & Unseen Purchases (Within 7 to 10 Days): Because online purchases are made without prior physical inspection, you may request a return within 7 days (ECTA cooling-off) or up to 10 business days (CPA Section 20 for uninspected goods).
  • Condition & Handling Fees: Items should ideally be unused and in original packaging. If an item is returned opened, used beyond a basic inspection, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a proportional handling fee / recover the diminished value, as permitted by CPA Section 20(6).
  • Cost: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind or uninspected items.
• Incorrect or Defective Goods:
  • Incorrect items: Reported promptly, return shipping covered by us.
  • Defective goods (Within 6 Months): Covered under CPA Section 56 for repair, replacement, or refund (excluding user-induced damage, abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear). Return shipping covered by us for valid claims.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
